If you are unable to keep your appointment please let us know as soon as possible. A charge will be made for a missed appointment or cancellations without 24 hours notice to cover surgery overheads.
All hygienist appointments require 48hrs notice for cancellations failure to do so will result in charge of £30/30min being levied.
For NHS patients, if you give us less than 24 hours notice and or miss more than two appointments treatment will be terminated.
